Loopio does not publish a price. Its pricing page names three plans, Foundations, Enhanced and Enterprise, and sends every buyer to a custom quote. Recorded purchase data on Vendr puts the median Loopio contract at $24,318 a year, with a reported low of $11,770 and a high of $59,147, from a page Vendr last updated in April 2026. Those are reported figures, so treat them as a planning range and confirm your own number with Loopio.
Loopio is an answer library for RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires, so what you pay for is mostly seats and tier, not questionnaires. That matters if your real problem is the steady stream of security questionnaires from enterprise buyers, because the cost per questionnaire depends entirely on how many people touch the library. Below is what is public, what buyers report, where the published estimates disagree, and how to price the contract before the sales call.
How much does Loopio cost?
Loopio costs a median of about $24,318 a year, based on Vendr's Loopio page, with reported contracts from roughly $11,770 to $59,147. Loopio quotes each customer on the plan tier, the number and type of users, and add-ons such as translation, onboarding packages and industry integrations.
A small sales-led team on the entry tier should plan near the low end of that range. A proposal team with several business units, multi-step review and premium support should plan toward or above the high end, because the tier that adds those features is where the quote steps up.
Loopio pricing plans
The plan grid below comes from loopio.com/pricing as we read it in October 2026. No plan shows a price.
| Plan | What loopio.com says it includes | Published price | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundations | 10 seats, unlimited projects, unlimited library entries, generative AI, standard support | Quote only | Smaller, sales-led teams starting an answer library |
| Enhanced | Everything in Foundations, plus a multi-language library, confidential projects and multi-step reviews | Quote only | Collaborative proposal teams with several reviewers |
| Enterprise | Everything in Enhanced, plus separate business units, sandboxes, a custom seat count and premium support | Quote only | Large organizations with many teams and strict governance |
Translation, onboarding packages and industry integrations are sold separately. Ask for each as its own line, so you can see what the platform costs on its own.
What buyers report paying for Loopio
With no list price, recorded purchases and published estimates are the only public evidence, and Vendr's own page is not consistent with itself.
| Figure | Reported value | Source and caveat |
|---|---|---|
| Median annual contract | $24,318 | Vendr Loopio page, last updated April 2026 |
| Reported low | $11,770 a year | Vendr, same page |
| Reported high | $59,147 a year | Vendr, same page |
| Entry tier estimate | $10,000 to $15,000 for 10 standard users | Vendr's own estimate, not a Loopio figure |
| Top tier estimate | $75,000 to $200,000 or more | Vendr's own estimate, and it sits well above the reported $59,147 high |
The tier estimates and the recorded range do not line up, and the page cites different purchase counts in different places. That is why we give the median as a range to test, not a number to budget to. If a quote lands far from the median, ask what is driving it before you assume it is wrong.
What drives the Loopio quote
- User type and count. Loopio prices standard users, library users and content contributors differently. Moving occasional subject matter experts to a cheaper user type is the most common saving.
- Plan tier. Multi-step review, confidential projects and business units sit in the upper tiers. Buy the tier your review process needs today.
- Add-ons. Translation, onboarding, premium support and integrations such as Seismic are extra.
- Term and renewal. Ask for the renewal uplift cap in writing before you sign. Multi-year terms usually discount the first year.
- Competition. A written quote from another response tool gives you the strongest lever.
Is Loopio worth the price?
For a team that answers the same RFP and DDQ questions every week, a governed answer library is worth paying for. Content owners, review cycles and a single source of truth stop two salespeople giving a customer two different answers, and that is real money in a long sales cycle.
It is a weaker fit when the questions are security questionnaires and the answers have to be true today. A library repeats what someone wrote last quarter. It does not know whether the control it describes still passes. Our security questionnaire automation comparison separates tools that repeat answers from tools that check them against evidence.
Loopio pricing vs Scrutineer pricing
| Question | Loopio | Scrutineer |
|---|---|---|
| Are prices public? | No, quote only | Yes, every plan is on the pricing page |
| Reported or listed annual cost | Median about $24,318, reported $11,770 to $59,147 | Growth at $1,200 a month, or $7,200 a year, with security questionnaire automation included |
| What sets the price? | Tier, user types and count, add-ons | A flat plan price, no per-questionnaire fees |
| Answer library for RFPs and DDQs | The core product, with review workflows | Answers draw on your controls and evidence, not a library you maintain |
| Answers tied to live control evidence | Not the design | Each answer links to the evidence behind it |
| Your own SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA readiness | Not included | Included in the plan |
The honest summary: if your inbound work is mostly long RFPs with narrative answers and several reviewers, Loopio is built for it and Scrutineer is not an RFP writing tool. If your inbound work is security questionnaires and you also have to prove SOC 2 or ISO 27001 controls to your buyers, one flat plan that answers from evidence usually costs less than a library plus a separate compliance tool. If the people who feed answers into your process only need a simple intake, a form with approvals can replace a paid seat for them.
How to get an accurate Loopio quote
- Count the people who write, review and only contribute. Those three numbers are the quote.
- Decide whether you need multi-step review and business units. If not, price Foundations first.
- Ask for the platform price alone, with translation, onboarding, integrations and premium support as separate lines.
- Get the renewal uplift cap and the price at the next seat band in writing.
- Bring a written quote from a second response tool to the negotiation.
If your questionnaires are about security, run one in the demo at the top of this page. It maps a sample question to a control and the evidence behind it, the same way it would answer yours. Scrutineer is readiness software, so an accredited auditor still issues any attestation.
