Sprinto Pricing and What Each Plan Costs

Sprinto pricing lists at $7,500 a year plus $2,000 per framework on AWS, so one SOC 2 is $9,500. The median Sprinto buyer pays $15,000 a year, per Vendr.

Sprinto pricing is quote-only on sprinto.com, but Sprinto's own AWS Marketplace listing publishes a list price: $7,500 a year for the Sprinto Starter Platform (up to 100 employees) plus $2,000 for the first compliance framework, so one SOC 2 or ISO 27001 program lists at $9,500 a year. Vendr's buyer data puts the median Sprinto contract at $15,000 a year, in a range of $13,167 to $16,000.

Those two numbers describe different things. The AWS figure is a list price for the smallest configuration Sprinto sells through Amazon. The Vendr figure is what companies actually sign once they add frameworks, headcount and modules. The gap between them, roughly $5,500, is the part of a Sprinto quote worth understanding before the sales call. Below is what each source says, how the price builds up framework by framework, a listing discrepancy you should know about, and how Sprinto compares with a platform that publishes every price.

How much does Sprinto cost?

Sprinto costs about $15,000 a year for the median buyer, according to Vendr. The lowest published list price is $9,500 a year on AWS Marketplace: the $7,500 Starter Platform for companies with up to 100 employees, plus a $2,000 first framework. Sprinto's pricing page shows no figures and routes every plan to a demo.

One caveat on the Vendr figures. The page does not show how many purchases sit behind the median, which it does for most vendors, and its tier panel lists a single Starter plan at $15,000. Treat the median as a useful anchor rather than a statistically strong number. The AWS list price is the firmer of the two because Sprinto set it itself.

Sprinto pricing plans and what drives the quote

Sprinto prices a platform fee plus frameworks, and the platform fee steps up with employee count. The AWS listing makes that structure visible: the platform and the first framework are separate line items, and the platform line is capped at 100 employees. Vendr lists additional frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR, and an Asset Management module, as add-ons on top of the base plan.

What Sprinto costs for one, two or three frameworks

At list price, a company under 100 employees pays $9,500 for one framework, from $11,500 for two and from $13,500 for three. That arithmetic also explains the Vendr median. A $15,000 contract is roughly what the Starter Platform plus three or four frameworks costs at list, or one or two frameworks once headcount passes 100 and the platform fee rises.

None of this includes the audit. Sprinto prepares you for the audit; an independent CPA firm performs the SOC 2 examination and an accredited certification body issues the ISO 27001 certificate, and both bill you directly. Budget for that separately with our breakdown of what a SOC 2 audit costs.

A discrepancy in Sprinto's AWS listings

Sprinto has a second AWS Marketplace listing, "Sprinto GRC Automation Platform (IN)", sold by its Indian entity, Sprinto Technology Private Limited. Its prices do not line up with the main listing or with each other. It shows a Starter plan for up to 25 employees at $8,500 a year and a Professional plan for up to 200 employees at $4,500 a year, so the larger plan is listed at about half the price of the smaller one. Its 24-month Starter price, $17,500, is also more than twice the annual price.

Read that as a listing that has not been maintained, not as a $4,500 Sprinto deal waiting for you. A US company buying from Sprinto GRC should anchor on the $7,500 plus $2,000 listing and on the Vendr median. If a rep quotes far above those, the two listings are still a fair question to raise: Sprinto put both prices on a public marketplace.

Sprinto vs Scrutineer pricing

Compare the two on the same job. Scrutineer publishes every price on its pricing page, does not price by framework count, and does not meter questionnaires or vendors.

Read it honestly. Sprinto wins on breadth: more frameworks out of the box, a larger integration catalog, and guided implementation if your team has never been through an audit. Scrutineer wins on published pricing, on multi-framework cost because frameworks are not priced one by one, and when the same team also has to answer customer questionnaires and review its own vendors. If you are still choosing rather than negotiating, our Sprinto alternative comparison covers features side by side, and the compliance automation software page shows how one evidence set serves every framework.

Is Sprinto worth the price?

Sprinto is good value for a company under 100 employees that needs one or two frameworks and wants guided help through its first audit. At $9,500 to $11,500 a year at list it sits among the cheaper quote-based platforms. It gets harder to justify as frameworks pile up, because each one adds to the bill, and once headcount passes 100 you leave the published price altogether.

Our compliance automation software pricing comparison puts Sprinto next to eleven other platforms, which is the fastest way to see whether a quote is high for the category or only high for your budget.

How do you negotiate Sprinto pricing?

Start from the AWS list prices, which Sprinto published itself, and size the contract on the frameworks you need this year rather than the ones you might need later. Vendr names January, June and September as the months it sees the best Sprinto deals, and it suggests competing quotes, a smaller scope and a customer reference as levers.

  • What is the platform fee for our headcount, and at what employee count does it change?
  • Is each additional framework priced at the $2,000 list, and is that price fixed for the term?
  • Which modules, such as Asset Management, are in this quote and which are add-ons?
  • Can we buy through an AWS Marketplace private offer so the spend counts toward our cloud commitment?
  • Can we pay quarterly instead of annually upfront?
  • What is the renewal price, and is the annual increase capped in writing?

The listing auto-renews, so put the date where someone will see it. Most finance teams already track contract renewal dates and auto-renew clauses for their larger vendors, and a compliance platform belongs on that list, because the cheapest time to renegotiate is 60 to 90 days before renewal, not the week after.
