LogicGate does not publish a price for Risk Cloud. Its pricing page explains the model instead: you buy the Applications your GRC program needs and a Power User license for each person who builds and runs them, and everyone else uses the platform at no extra cost. Recorded purchase data on Vendr puts the median LogicGate contract at $53,784 a year, with a reported low of $12,294 and a high of $136,130. Those are reported figures, not a LogicGate quote, so confirm your own number with the vendor.
That puts LogicGate firmly in enterprise GRC territory, closer to AuditBoard than to the SOC 2 automation tools. The useful part is that the model is legible. Once you know how many Applications and Power Users you need, you can predict the quote within a band before the first sales call. Here is what is public, what buyers report, where the estimates disagree, and how to price the contract.
How much does LogicGate cost?
LogicGate Risk Cloud costs a median of about $53,800 a year, based on purchase data on Vendr's LogicGate page, which Vendr last updated in January 2026. Reported contracts run from roughly $12,300 to $136,100. Vendr describes most mid-market buyers with 5 to 10 Power Users and 3 to 5 Applications landing between $40,000 and $80,000 on a 12-month term.
For planning, a US company starting with enterprise risk management, third-party risk and one controls program should budget around the median. A bank, insurer or health system that wants a dozen Applications, quantification and several integrations should plan above $100,000. A team that only needs one Application and two administrators is the buyer behind the reported low.
How the LogicGate pricing model works
There is no Basic, Pro or Enterprise grid. We read LogicGate's pricing page in October 2026 (the company now runs on logicgate.ai), and the quote is built from four parts.
| What you buy | What it is | Published price | What moves the cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Applications | A distinct set of workflows for one GRC use case, such as enterprise risk, third-party risk, cyber risk, controls compliance or AI governance. LogicGate lists 30+. | Quote only | How many you deploy, and whether any are premium |
| Power Users | The administrators and program managers who build Applications and manage permissions | Quote only | Headcount on your GRC team |
| Standard and External Users | Staff who complete tasks and view reports, and vendors answering questionnaires through one-time passcodes | Included at no extra cost | Nothing, which is the model's main selling point |
| Additional features and services | Risk Cloud Quantify, integrations, implementation and professional services | Quote only | Scope of your rollout and how many systems you connect |
The free Standard and External seats matter more than they look. A tool priced per seat gets expensive the moment you ask 200 control owners to attest or 300 vendors to fill in a questionnaire. LogicGate does not charge for those people, so the bill tracks the size of your GRC team and the breadth of your program, not the size of your company.
What buyers report paying for LogicGate
Two sources publish numbers, and they agree on the shape while disagreeing on the details.
| Source | Figure | What it describes |
|---|---|---|
| Vendr purchase data | Median $53,784 a year; low $12,294; high $136,130 | Recorded contracts, page updated January 2026 |
| Vendr estimate | $45,000 to $65,000 | A starting package of 3 Applications, 5 Power Users and the premium Controls Application on an annual contract |
| Vendr estimate | $40,000 to $80,000 | Mid-market buyers with 5 to 10 Power Users and 3 to 5 Applications |
| ERP Research estimate | $25,000 to $150,000+ a year, built from $1,000 to $2,500 per user plus $15,000 to $45,000 per Application | A third-party model, not LogicGate's numbers |
Treat the per-user figure with care. It cannot apply to every user, since LogicGate includes Standard and External users at no cost, so read it as a Power User estimate. The median from recorded contracts is the number we would anchor on.
Hidden costs in a LogicGate contract
The subscription is only part of year one. These are the lines buyers most often miss.
- Implementation and professional services. LogicGate says an implementation includes what you need to get an Application live, with reporting and dashboards. Vendr reports that heavy customization, data migration or integration work can add $10,000 to $50,000 or more. Ask which Applications the included implementation covers.
- Mid-term expansion. Adding an Application or a Power User during the term is usually prorated at list price, without the discount you negotiated. Fix the expansion price per Application and per Power User in the order form.
- Premium Applications and integrations. The Controls Application, Risk Cloud Quantify, API access and connectors are separate lines. A quote that bundles them hides what the core costs.
- Renewal. Contracts often auto-renew. Put a renewal cap in writing and diary the notice date.
LogicGate pricing vs AuditBoard and Hyperproof
Buyers pricing LogicGate usually have one of these two on the same shortlist. All three quote, and the reported medians show where each sits.
| Platform | Reported median a year | What it bills on | Our breakdown |
|---|---|---|---|
| LogicGate Risk Cloud | About $53,800 | Applications and Power Users | This page |
| AuditBoard (Optro) | About $45,900 | Modules, users and controls | AuditBoard pricing |
| Hyperproof | About $41,400 | Users and frameworks | Hyperproof pricing |
LogicGate and AuditBoard land in the same band, and the deciding factor is usually who will use it. AuditBoard is built around internal audit and SOX testing. LogicGate is built around configurable risk workflows owned by a risk or compliance team. If you are comparing the wider field first, our ranking of the best enterprise risk management software sets LogicGate against the other ERM platforms on what each one actually tracks.
Is LogicGate worth the price?
For a mature program that wants enterprise risk, third-party risk, controls and policy in one configurable system, often yes. The no-code builder means a risk team can change a workflow without a ticket to IT, and the free Standard and External seats keep the cost flat as participation grows. Risk identification still starts with people in a room: many ERM teams run their first workshops with a brainstorming tool and only then load the agreed risks into the register, which keeps Power User time for the work that needs it.
It is a weaker fit for a SaaS company whose real job is passing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and answering customer security questionnaires. That buyer would pay enterprise GRC prices for configurability it will not use, and still need to build the framework mappings itself. Our enterprise risk management software page explains where a lighter platform covers the same ground.
LogicGate pricing vs Scrutineer pricing
| Question | LogicGate Risk Cloud | Scrutineer |
|---|---|---|
| Are prices public? | No, quote only | Yes, every plan is on the pricing page |
| Reported or listed annual cost | Median about $53,800, reported $12,300 to $136,100 | Essentials $3,588, Growth $7,200, Risk+ $15,000, Enterprise $28,800, billed annually |
| What sets the price? | Applications, Power Users, add-ons and services | A flat plan price |
| Configurable no-code workflows for any risk process | A core strength | Not offered; workflows are built around frameworks and vendor reviews |
| SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR and PCI DSS readiness | Available through framework content and the Controls Application | Mapped out of the box, all five on Growth |
| Vendor questionnaires sent and scored | Third-Party Risk Management Application | Included on Risk+ |
| Implementation fee | Included for the base rollout, services quoted beyond it | Self-service, no implementation fee |
The honest summary: if you need a configurable risk platform that a dedicated team will shape around the whole enterprise, LogicGate is built for that and Scrutineer is not a replacement. If most of the work is security frameworks, audit evidence and vendor reviews, Risk+ covers it for less than a third of the reported LogicGate median.
How to get an accurate LogicGate quote
- List the Applications you will run in year one, and the ones you expect in year two. Price both now, because mid-term additions come at list.
- Count Power Users honestly. People who only complete tasks or view dashboards are Standard Users and should cost nothing.
- Ask for the core subscription, premium Applications, Quantify, integrations and services as separate lines.
- Get the per-Application and per-Power-User expansion price and a renewal cap in writing.
- Bring a written AuditBoard or Hyperproof quote for the same scope to the negotiation. Vendr reports buyers saving about 19 percent on average.
